Aim:Thispaperreportedtheexperienceofonecenteronrepeatlaparoscopicliversurgeryformetastasisandhepatocellularcarcinoma(HCC)withareviewoftheliterature.Methods:Thisretrospectivestudyincluded24patientswhounderwentlaparoscopicre-intervention(hepaticresectionandradiofrequencyablation)forrecurrentHCCincirrhosis(n=17)andforrecurrentmalignantmetastases(n=7)afterapreviousopenorlaparoscopicprocedure.Patientsweredividedintotwogroupsaccordingtothefirstsurgicalapproach.Group1underwentopenresectionandlaparoscopicprocedure(7patients),andGroup2underwentlaparoscopicresectionandlaparoscopicprocedure(17patients).Results:Meanoperativetimeforre-interventionwassignificantlylongerforGroup1(.14±80.06min)thanforGroup2(±56.18min;P=0.),whereasthemeanbloodlossandmeanhospitalstaywere北京中科医院是假的白癜风初期症状图片
